TLM Funds is the registered trade name of Tax Lien Manager, LLC, a privately-held investment manager that focuses on the acquisition of municipal tax certificates secured by real estate. Founded in 2009, TLM Funds has collectively purchased over $190 million of tax liens on more than 8,000 real estate parcels in ten states and offers attractive risk adjusted returns to its investors. TLM Funds serves as the Fund Manager for the Empire Tax Funds, a series of eight tax lien investment funds.
